Questions
Remedial massage, answered
What people ask before their first visit.
How much does remedial massage cost?
A 60 minute session is $115 and a 90 minute session is $160.
Can I claim my remedial massage on my health fund?
Yes. Most clients claim their rebate on the spot at the clinic, so you only pay the gap.
How long should I book?
60 minutes suits most tight backs and sore necks. 90 minutes gives more time for several areas or longer-standing tension.
What happens during the session?
Your therapist checks the area, works through it with hands-on treatment, and explains what they find as they go.
Can I get an appointment this week?
Usually yes. We run early starts and late finishes on weekdays, so same-week appointments are often available.
Is remedial massage the same as sports massage?
They overlap, but sports massage is geared to training and competition. If you're in regular training, ask about our sports massage service too.
